MANITOBA TEAM ROPING ASSOCIATION

The M.T.R.A has been around since 1975 and has seen many different walks of life from ranchers & business men to nurses and dentists. We started in back yards and Feed Lots, growing to fairs and rodeos, hosting what would become a very popular sport and has proven itself in rodeos around the world. We have come along way and are growing every year. When M.T.R.A started we had a pencil and paper to keep track of scores and money won, we now have computers and electronic eyes to make things accurate. M.T.R.A. has started a new venture in the world of technology with a web page for everyone to view what is going on. On this web page members can view scores and upcoming ropings see photo of the latest events and see sponsors names who have graciously donated to the finals held in Sept of every year. To date we have 90 members and links to other organizations such as High School Rodeo, Manitoba Rodeo Cowboys Association and Heartland Rodeo, we also have links to our neighbouring Provinces.  Our web page has spots for advertizing and for a small fee your business can be seen by thousands that visit us every day.
